About Job

To build, maintain and lead Sales Operations in the MEA region. • Establish the vision and brand of AFL in the MEA region. • Be accountable for the all Pre-sales / Sales initiatives and activities. • Effectively position and differentiate AFL from the competition. • Strategically prepare the Annual Business Plan in line with the Practice’s goals and objectives. • Own the topline and bottom-line for the practice. • Participate in networking events / trade shows to promote brand and establish strategic relationships. • Generate and submit Sales MIS reports periodically. • Identify current trends / threats and recommend possible solutions and new opportunities. • Track and ensure on periodic basis that the goals are achieved as per the stipulated time frame. • Follow up on current and past accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and drive further revenue.

Min-Qualification : Master of Business Administration (M.B.A)
Experience : 96 Month


Requirements
  1. Conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization.
  2. Establish the vision and brand of AFL in the MEA region.
  3. Achieve Region’s goals and objectives by owning the topline and bottom-line for the practice.
  4. Excellent communication skill, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Time Management, Self-motivation, Conflict Resolution.
  5. Good understanding of Cadence Design Tools like Virtuoso and Innovus.
