    About Job

    Responsible for meeting with the sales budget and sales target achievement by quote submission, Plan generation, Guiding for conversation Initiation of Customers retention measures by building on customer relations. Collect references from existing customers and create a customer pool for new business development. Responsible to timely cater customer queries. Liaise with distribution and channel partners in fulfilling customer orders. Responsible for raising Purchase orders and Indent. Responsible for various activities related to control and monitor or the orders, dispatches to the end user from the stockists. Responsible for managing a team of 3-4 ZSM, 5 to 9 ASM & 50-60 MR. Open to Tour 12 to 15 days a month Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole. Allocating areas to sales representatives. Developing sales strategies and setting targets. Reaching the targets and goals set for his area/ for his team. Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach set targets. To manage the recruitment, performance, development and retention of representatives in the area through quality processes with appropriate support from HR departments Compiling and analyzing sales figures. Experience of dealing with some major customer accounts. Collecting customer feedback and market research. Reporting to COO and Sales Manager for regular sales update. Keeping up to date with products and competitor. Age not below 40 years Compensation best as per industry standards Lucrative TA / DA / Mobile / Internet reimbursement applicable as per company norms.

    Requirements
    1. Experience Candidate should have 15 20 years of total experience & at-least 4-6  years as ZSM & SM
    2. Desired Candidates Skills Excellent communication skills a must
    3. Fluency in English a MUST
    4. Comprehensive understanding of Pharma Industry marketing
    5. Candidates should have at least 3+ years experience at similar Position in Pharma Ethical Selling preferred
    6. Candidates with proven track record of consistent growth and target achievements will be given first preference
    7. Good time management and execution skills Good people and team skills Achieving Results : Drive for results Should be flexible to travel PAN India as per business requirements
