About Job

Identifying and establishing new business Visiting potential clients Managing and interpreting customer requirements Exhibit leadership skills. Leading and guiding the Sales team to set and meet goals. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs Meeting regular sales targets Reviewing cost and sales performance Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Ensuring that sales targets are met. Conducting weekly review meetings. Preparing targets for forthcoming week (on every Saturday) and month (on every 30th or a working day before). Reviewing Proposals, quotations, tenders prepared by Back office team. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions Administering key client accounts Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education to key clients Providing training and producing support material for the sales team

Min-Education : Graduation
Min-Qualification : Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A)
Experience : 24 Month

  1. A good command over presentation skills, English and communication.
  2. A through depth knowledge of the market.
  3. Excellent communication skill, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Time Management, Self-motivation, Conflict Resolution.
  4. Good understanding of Cadence Design Tools like Virtuoso and Innovus.
