About the Company

We are a premier research institute with all the necessary facilities that a research scientist may need. About Job

1. Essential Qualification and Experience: a. A Masters degree in Sciences with a basic grasp of a wide range of biology research areas b. Prior experience with fundraising c. Prior experience with donor engagement d. Prior experience with social media and press communications e. Proven communication skills, including experience working with graphics and digital media f. Experience of report writing g. Excellent background research skills h. Strong time-management and interpersonal skills i. Initiative, enthusiasm and a flexible approach to work j. The ability to analyze, summarize and communicate information k. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team 2.   1. Working with campus colleagues to identify institutional priorities requiring charitable funding
  2. Working with campus colleagues to develop strategies for identifying donors for the Cluster
  3. Identifying potential charitable donors for the campus
  4. Cultivating and sustaining professional relationships with prospective donors and organizations
  5. Helping to design fundraising pitches to a range of charitable donors
  6. Contributing to other work within the team of Research Development Office as needed
