JOB PURPOSE The incumbent is responsible for maximizing the sales of the companys products. They help in the turnover of sales and provide datas regarding changes required in the product to meet the customer standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets. Maintain relationship with distributors & Increase dealers reach. Maintain and develop good relationship with customers. Monitoring primary sales for assigned Area. Responsible for secondary sales for assigned Area. Manages the dealers, promoters in the assigned area in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues. Ensure adequate display at counter, in shop visibility, POP, product placements & weekly live demos in stores. Competition benchmarking studies and Market Analytics. Promoters recruitment, training & review. Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department. ROI Calculation.
