1.Looking for excellent communication skills 2.Must have excellent telephonic etiquette. 3.To Possess a strong Knowledge/understanding of Real Estate business 4.To enable to pitch, penetrate & positioning of company product strongly in the market and generate prospect leads. 5.Able to handle incoming and outgoing calls of Clients, Channel Partners & Brokers. 6.Capable to present and provide the information to the clients about the properties of our company with full conviction & confidence. 7.To achieve client visit targets by using techniques of cold calling, giving presentation, communicating majorly through phone, email & sms. 8.To focus on prospect /lead generation for developing database on daily basis to maintain the constant flow of clients to enable you to meet the clients visit target. 9.Should be able to coordinate with internal departments to ensure the seamless client visit. 10.Handling the customer queries, related to real estate industry and our projects. 11.Must have convincing skills to ensure, monthly, quarterly & annually clients visits targets is achieved. 12.Capable to conducting market research, trends & analysis periodically.
