About Job

Managing team of Relationship Manager and driving sales targets to achieve the assigned Goal sheet. Responsible for New Customer Acquisition (Online & Offline) through direct sales targets. Developing and motivating team to deliver assigned targets. Developing and conducting of various sales activities on daily basis by team. Tracking daily performance of assigned team and share feedback to improve performance. Training team on various products like- Equity, Commodity, Currency, Third party product LI, HI, MF. Ensure adherence to Sales Processes, Manage team attrition. Responsible for promoting and developing corporate relations. Delivering individual and team targets MoM. Ensuring that the team is trained on all products and Operational procedures and take care on Regulatory Changes.
