About the Company

We began our journey in 2003 as a Lead Partner for Programme Implementation with the Government of Karnataka to scale up targeted HIV prevention, care and support programmes across the state. Our interventions were evidence driven, systematically planned and rigorously implemented and monitored. These later became scalable models for national programmes and emerged as learning sites for innovative approaches. Growth and Learning along the Way We learned and reflected on our decade long experience. It inspired us to look beyond HIV focused programmes to understand and address the underlying determinants, health and wellbeing of other marginalised communities. Today, our work involves enhancing maternal, neonatal and chiLd health controlling urban Tuberculosis reducing malnutrition empowering adolescent girls addressing violence against women improving the quality of Life of orphan and vulnerable children strengthening community institutions We reached thousands of Lives and created a legacy of robust community-owned institutions and a network of strong implementing partners.

About Job

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Supporting the program staff in finalizing the budgets of Implementing partners and Field / Units 2. Maintaining of books of accounts independently by complying with the financial systems and procedures of KHPT, Statutory requirements and Donors 3. Preparing the implementing partners Grant agreements by complying with the grant guidelines of KHPT and Donors 4. Review of implementing partners SOE’s in comparison with the approved budgets 5. Conducting audit / review of financial systems of Implementing partners 6. Preparing and reviewing the financial reports by complying with all the reporting requirements for both KHPT and Donors on timely and professional manner 7. Providing an appropriate finance input and support to programme staff to ensure to implement the activities as per the agreed plan.

Min-Education : Post-Graduation
Min-Qualification : Master of Commerce (M.Com)
Experience : 36 Month
